ACS collects all applicable recorded documents, images them, abstracts the relevant information, index the keyed information into a database, provide access to the database and provide access to the source document images.

 Data Entry - ACS’ data entry operators have unparalleled experience with property related legal documents. All critical data is keyed once, keyed again from the source document compared within the computer program for consistence before acceptance.
Geographic Database Research and Posting - Documents that require additional information are research thoroughly before posted. Where applicable, existing historical data may be used for automated validation of new postings.
ACS keeps all indices current on a daily basis. Maintenance of database files is not a customers concern as this is one of ACS’ areas of expertise. Typically a title company utilizes a Geographic (or Property) Index, a General Name Index, and sometimes a County Grantor/Grantee Index. ACS has an abundance of expertise developing and maintaining all of these. Property indices may be Subdivision (lot and block). Section/Township/Range (STR), or some type of arbitrary acreage convention (Arbed) We have proficiency with all of these.
Customers have ready access to indices via easy to use PC’s with numerous search methods available.
